Role Description
This is a contract role for a Sales Manager, based on-site in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
The Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, manage a team to achieve sales targets, and drive business growth within the region.
Key responsibilities
include developing effective sales strategies, monitoring performance metrics, providing training for the sales team, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Additionally, the Sales Manager will identify market trends and work collaboratively with other teams to implement business strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience and expertise in Sales, Business Development, and Revenue Generation
- Knowledge of Team Management and Leadership, with the ability to motivate and guide a team to success
- Strong skills in Market Analysis, Strategic Planning, and Goal Setting
- Excellent Communication and Negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in Sales Tools and CRM systems
- Background in the retail and fashion industry is a strong advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Fluent in English, with knowledge of Arabic considered a plus
