We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead business development and sales activities across international markets for a leading company within the elevator and electromechanical industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth across assigned international regions through market research, business development, and customer engagement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Lead the full sales cycle, including opportunity identification, quotations, negotiations, contract execution, and business follow-up.
- Ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.
- Implement company sales policies and procedures while maintaining high commercial standards.
- Monitor contract performance and oversee collection of receivables.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in international sales, business development, or channel management within the elevator or electromechanical industry.
- Strong commercial acumen with proven experience managing distributors and sales channels.
- Fluency in English is required; Russian or Spanish language skills are highly preferred. Additional languages are considered an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, project management, and market analysis skills.
- Candidates with an established network in target markets or a proven track record of generating significant sales revenue will be highly regarded.
