Overview

  • **Job Title – Admin & Logistics Coordinator**
  • **Type – Outsourced**
  • **Contract Duration- 12 months**
  • **Work Location – Jebel Ali**

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and submit quotations
  • Collect and verify proof of activity/work completion
  • Process reimbursement claims accurately and on time
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in claims or accounts
  • Maintain and update financial transaction spreadsheets
  • Generate regular reports for management review
  • Coordinate secure shipment of equipment (local & regional)
  • Monitor usage and utilization of loaned-out equipment
  • Ensure all shipments are dispatched and delivered on schedule
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date inventory tracking
  • Provide on-ground logistics support during live events/activities
