Responsibilities
- Develop and execute group-level sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Lead, manage, and develop Sales and Pre-Sales teams across the three divisions.
- Establish sales processes, pipelines, KPIs, forecasting, and performance reporting.
- Generate new business and build long-term relationships with corporate and government clients.
- Identify, negotiate, and close high-value B2B opportunities and contracts.
- Build strategic partnerships with developers, consultants, contractors, corporates, and other stakeholders.
- Drive cross-selling across the group's Interior Design, Marketing, and IT services.
- Oversee preparation of proposals, presentations, technical-commercial submissions, and tenders.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify sectors and growth opportunities.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in B2B sales and business development, preferably within the UAE market.
- Proven experience in a senior sales leadership position.
- Experience managing both Sales and Pre-Sales activities and teams.
- Strong commercial negotiation, networking, proposal development, and closing capabilities.
- An existing corporate network in Abu Dhabi or the wider UAE is highly preferred.
- Entrepreneurial, hands-on approach and comfort working in fast-growing businesses.
