The employer is hiring a Recruitment Officer for its real estate business in Abu Dhabi.
Candidate requirements
- Recruitment experience is required; real estate industry experience is preferred.
- Experience sourcing and hiring real estate sales agents and other real estate professionals is required.
- Requires strong knowledge of the UAE recruitment market and candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills.
- Requires good knowledge of LinkedIn, Naukrigulf, and Indeed.
- Requires strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be fluent in Arabic and English and currently based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Recruitment responsibilities
- Manage recruitment from sourcing through onboarding.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for real estate sales agent and other real estate professional roles.
Compensation
- Pay is listed as AED 15.06–5,223.31 per hour.
