Key responsibilities
- Consult clients about real estate needs, preferences, and financial goals; provide guidance informed by market insights.
- Help buyers identify suitable properties, arrange viewings, and explain property features, amenities, and neighborhoods.
- List seller properties, conduct valuations, create marketing strategies, and promote listings through various channels.
- Negotiate purchase offers, sales contracts, and lease agreements on behalf of clients.
- Coordinate inspections, appraisals, financing arrangements, and closing activities.
- Keep clients updated, address concerns, and provide customer service through the transaction.
- Monitor local trends, property values, inventory levels, and the competitive landscape.
- Find new clients through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital marketing.
- Continue developing industry knowledge and skills through training and professional development.
