Sales Manager- Insurance

Sales Manager is responsible to lead, develop, and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets, grow the brokerage’s client portfolio, and ensure compliance with UAE insurance regulations and Central Bank requirements.

· Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets

· Identify new business opportunities in Corporate, SME, and Individual insurance lines

· Build and maintain strong relationships with insurers, clients, and key stakeholders

· Lead negotiations with clients and insurers to secure profitable terms

· Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and product developments

· Recruit, train, coach, and motivate sales executives and relationship officers

· Set KPIs, monitor performance, and conduct regular performance reviews

· Ensure proper sales discipline, pipeline management, and reporting

· Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions

· Ensure high standards of customer service and retention

· Handle key accounts and complex or high-value clients

· Resolve escalated client issues and complaints professionally

· Ensure all sales activities comply with Central Bank of UAE regulations and company policies

· Ensure proper documentation, KYC, AML, and screening procedures before policy issuance

· Coordinate with Compliance and Operations teams to avoid regulatory breaches.

· Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis

· Monitor commission structures, profitability, and insurer performance

· Support management in budgeting and strategic planning

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Insurance, or related field

· Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in insurance sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role

· Strong knowledge of UAE insurance market (Medical, Motor, Non Motor )

· Valid UAE experience is mandatory
