Sales Manager (Food & Beverage)
About This Role
Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager with experience in Food & Beverage (F&B) products to lead and oversee our sales operations. The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree and have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales management role within the F&B industry. This position requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to drive revenue growth while managing and developing a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Manage and grow key accounts, including major retail chain stores.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
- Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and clients
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Should have atleast 5Years’ Experience In Selling Food and beverages products in UAE market.
- Knowledge and contact of most Chain stores/Retail Chains and key accounts in the UAE local markets.
- Background in FMCG sales is highly preferred.
