Sales Manager

Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Develop sales strategies for monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets; pursue opportunities across commercial, retail, hospitality, and government customers.
• Manage lead generation, client meetings, site visits, requirements analysis, quotations, negotiation, and closing.
• Prepare and review quotations, BOQs, tenders, and proposals with estimation and technical teams.
• Build long-term client and consultant relationships; coordinate with design, estimation, projects, and procurement for feasibility, pricing, and handover.
• Track pipeline, forecasts, and conversion; report to management and monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing.
• Follow up on collections with accounts and represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, and client presentations.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of sales experience in signage, fit-out, construction, interiors, or a related industry; UAE/GCC experience is strongly preferred.
• Proven success meeting or exceeding targets and closing high-value projects.
• Knowledge of fit-out and signage processes, materials, approvals, and project execution; able to read drawings and prepare or review BOQs and quotations.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Established UAE network among contractors, consultants, and developers; proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• A relevant bachelor's degree is preferred; a valid UAE driving license is preferred.

Compensation

• The description states AED 10,000 per month and also lists a pay range of AED 4,000–10,000 per month.
