Job Description: Sales ManagerPosition Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead revenue generation efforts, develop new business opportunities, and build strong client partnerships across the UAE. This role requires full ownership of the sales cycle, along with a proactive approach to achieving business targets and supporting overall growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and networking.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial engagement to closing deals.
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Prepare and present proposals, solutions, and commercial agreements tailored to client needs.
- Drive consistent achievement of sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and reporting through CRM systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends and proactively identify growth opportunities.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to enhance team effectiveness.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or business development within a B2B environment.
- Strong record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build relationships and convert opportunities into closed business.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and commercially aware.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales systems.
