Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Dubai.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities with organizations interested in HR services, events, and partnerships.

Daily tasks include prospecting potential clients, conducting outreach and follow-up calls or meetings, presenting the forum’s services and membership offerings, and preparing tailored proposals.

The role also involves managing a sales pipeline, negotiating terms within established guidelines, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services and events.

The Sales Manager will track performance against sales targets, prepare regular reports, and provide feedback on market trends and client needs to support strategic planning.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in services, events, or nonprofit/professional associations.
  • Strong client relationship-building, networking, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to conduct needs assessments, prepare sales proposals, and deliver persuasive presentations.
  • Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage a part-time schedule effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
  • Comfort using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic productivity software to manage leads and track performance.
  • Knowledge of HR, training, or professional development services is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Ability to work on-site in Dubai, collaborate with a diverse team, and uphold inclusive, ethical, and professional standards.
