Role Description

This part-time, on-site Digital Marketing Manager role is based in Dubai at منتدى الموارد البشرية الفلسطيني.

The Digital Marketing Manager will plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across multiple channels to increase brand awareness, engagement, and event participation.

Responsibilities

include managing social media accounts, creating and scheduling content, monitoring online communities, and responding to audience interactions in a timely and professional manner.

The role also involves setting up and tracking campaigns, analyzing performance using web analytics tools, preparing regular reports, and recommending improvements based on data.

The Digital Marketing Manager will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support HR-focused initiatives, events, and programs, ensuring consistent messaging and a strong online presence.

Qualifications

  • Strong Digital Marketing and Marketing skills, with experience developing and executing integrated online campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, including content planning, community management, and platform-specific best practices.
  • Experience with Lead Generation strategies, tools, and funnels to attract and convert relevant audiences.
  • Ability to use Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, platform insights) to track performance and optimize campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
  • Proven ability to create clear, engaging digital content tailored to professional and HR-focused audiences.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a part-time schedule.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Previous experience in non-profit, professional associations, or HR-related organizations is a plus.
