Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site Key Account Manager role based in Dubai with منتدى الموارد البشرية الفلسطيني.
The Key Account Manager will manage and grow relationships with key accounts, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities
include understanding client needs, proposing tailored solutions, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver agreed services and initiatives.
The role involves preparing account plans, monitoring performance against targets, and providing regular updates and reports to management.
The Key Account Manager will also identify new business opportunities within existing accounts, support contract negotiations, and contribute to the development of customer service standards and best practices.
Qualifications
- Strong account management capabilities, including experience in Key Accounts and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Proficiency in business planning, with the ability to develop and execute strategic account plans.
- Well-developed analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support decision-making for key accounts.
- Proven customer service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, problem-solving, and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Dubai and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree (e.g., Business, Management, Marketing, or related field) or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in key account management, client-facing roles, or business development, preferably within HR, professional services, or non-profit environments.
