We are hiring a dynamic and target-driven Loans Sales Representative to promote and sell loan products across the UAE market. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales and want to **earn high incentives based on performance.**Key Responsibilities:
● Generate leads and acquire new customers for loan products (Personal Loans)
● Meet clients, understand their financial needs, and recommend suitable products
● Assist customers with documentation and application processes
● Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals
● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing Requirements: * Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience (banking or financial sector preferred in UAE)* Strong communication and convincing skills
* Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset * Knowledge of UAE banking products is an advantage
* Valid UAE residency (preferred) Compensation & Benefits: Attractive Incentives up to AED 10,000 + per month (based on performance) Additional bonuses for overachievement Career growth opportunities within the financial sector
