Sales Manager
About This Role
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads for digital printing services
- Drive end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closure
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key accounts
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and negotiations
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching
- Conduct training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
- Coordinate closely with the production team to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Ensure clear communication of client requirements, specifications, and deadlines
- Resolve any operational issues affecting delivery timelines or quality
- Maintain smooth workflow between sales and production departments
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
