Sales Manager – gulfHR
Location: Dubai, Full Time, Onsite
About the Role:
The Sales Manager at gulfHR will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, client satisfaction, and process improvement. They will be responsible for meeting sales targets, generating qualified leads, managing client relationships, and ensuring efficient sales processes for the gulfHR HRMS software solution. The role involves strategic sales development, effective communication, and collaboration across teams to ensure client needs are met and goals are achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation (as per company’s ICP target) to closure.
- Build strong prospect relationships and deliver business-focused demos
- Collaborate with marketing and operations to align on prospect’s needs
- Support process improvement and team development
- Proactive approach to lead generation, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through research, outreach, networking, and targeted prospecting.
Key Requirements
- 3-5 years of sales experience in the MEA region**,** ideally within the HR, payroll, or financial software sector.
- Proven track record in business development, client negotiation, and sales execution.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
- Solid experience in proactive outreach, including cold calling and multi-channel prospecting, to generate new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Strong ability to nurture relationships with prospects and clients through consistent engagement, effective communication, and consultative selling to drive trust, long-term value, and conversion.
- Arabic language proficiency is preferred and considered an advantage
