About This Role
Job Title: Sales Manager
Alton Fencing and Steel Trading LLC is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our growing team. UAE Driving License is mandatory. Arabic speaking.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage sales operations for fencing and steel products
- Develop new business opportunities and maintain client relationships
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
- Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close deals
- Coordinate with production and site teams for project execution
- Identify market trends and competitor activities
- Manage outdoor sales team and monitor performance
- Conduct client visits and site meetings across UAE
Requirements:
- Minimum 4+ years of UAE sales experience
- Experience in fencing, steel, construction, or building materials industry preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle corporate and project sales
- Good knowledge of UAE market and contractors network
- UAE Driving License mandatory
