Role Purpose

The Sales Manager will lead and develop the sales team to achieve revenue, market-share, and customer-growth objectives in line with the company’s commercial strategy.

The role is responsible for translating business plans into effective field execution, driving sales-force productivity, strengthening customer relationships, and providing market insights to senior management.

Ssales Leadership & Performanc

  • eLead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • .Monitor sales performance across assigned territories and take corrective action where needed
  • .Set clear objectives, track KPIs, and ensure consistent execution of sales plans
  • .Conduct regular field visits, coaching sessions, performance reviews, and development discussions with team members

Territory & Customer Manageme

  • ntReview monthly visit plans, customer coverage, segmentation, and call frequency to ensure effective territory managemen
  • t.Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, decision-makers, KOLs, and relevant stakeholder

Commercial Strategy & Market Developm

  • entSupport the development and execution of sales strategies, business plans, and growth initiativ
  • es.Provide regular market intelligence on customer needs, competitor activities, pricing, product trends, and potential opportuniti
  • es.Work closely with Marketing and other internal stakeholders to support product launches, promotional campaigns, customer events, and commercial initiativ

Require

  • ield.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales supervisory or sales management role within the
  • UAE.Proven experience leading sales teams and achieving commercial tar
  • gets.Strong knowledge of sales planning, forecasting, territory management, customer segmentation, and performance manage
  • ment.Strong communication, coaching, negotiation, and stakeholder-management sk
