Role Purpose
The Sales Manager will lead and develop the sales team to achieve revenue, market-share, and customer-growth objectives in line with the company’s commercial strategy.
The role is responsible for translating business plans into effective field execution, driving sales-force productivity, strengthening customer relationships, and providing market insights to senior management.
Ssales Leadership & Performanc
- eLead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- .Monitor sales performance across assigned territories and take corrective action where needed

Require

- ield.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales supervisory or sales management role within the
- UAE.Proven experience leading sales teams and achieving commercial tar
- gets.Strong knowledge of sales planning, forecasting, territory management, customer segmentation, and performance manage
- ment.Strong communication, coaching, negotiation, and stakeholder-management sk
- ills.Willingness and ability to cover customer accounts across all Emirates in the
- UAE.
