Overview
- Plan and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets and business growth objectives.
- Lead sales activities, including customer acquisition, retention, and account development to maximize profitability.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze results, and implement corrective actions to meet or exceed targets.
- Manage and allocate sales resources effectively in line with approved budgets and company priorities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure long-term business growth.
- Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and potential areas for expansion.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of KPIs.
- Set individual and team sales targets and ensure consistent performance monitoring and reporting.
- Maintain accurate sales administration systems, CRM updates, and performance reporting in a timely manner.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and sales procedures across all activities.
- Support contract negotiations and closing of key deals to secure business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to business planning and strategic decisions as required by management.
- Ensure continuous improvement of sales processes and customer service standards.
- Represent the company professionally in all client interactions and business engagements.
- Perform any other duties related to sales operations as assigned by management.
