Sales Manager

Overview

• Plan and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets and business growth objectives.
• Lead sales activities, including customer acquisition, retention, and account development to maximize profitability.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze results, and implement corrective actions to meet or exceed targets.
• Manage and allocate sales resources effectively in line with approved budgets and company priorities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure long-term business growth.
• Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and potential areas for expansion.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of KPIs.
• Set individual and team sales targets and ensure consistent performance monitoring and reporting.
• Maintain accurate sales administration systems, CRM updates, and performance reporting in a timely manner.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and sales procedures across all activities.
• Support contract negotiations and closing of key deals to secure business opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to business planning and strategic decisions as required by management.
• Ensure continuous improvement of sales processes and customer service standards.
• Represent the company professionally in all client interactions and business engagements.
• Perform any other duties related to sales operations as assigned by management.
