Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and departmental sales targets.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize property sales and revenue generation.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, brokers, and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular sales performance reviews and implement improvement plans where necessary.
  • Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation and prospecting through to closing and post-sales support.
  • Ensure accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns that generate qualified leads and support sales objectives.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Represent the company at property exhibitions, networking events, and industry functions.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in **Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field**.
  • Minimum **6–9 years of real estate sales experience within the UAE market**, including at least **4–5 years in a managerial or team leadership role**.
  • Mandatory experience working with a **reputable UAE real estate developer, brokerage firm, or property development company**.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding **sales targets within the UAE real estate sector**, particularly in competitive markets such as Dubai or Abu Dhabi.
  • Strong understanding of **UAE property sales processes**, market dynamics, buyer behavior, and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Experience managing **off-plan, residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments in the UAE** is highly preferred.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong leadership and team management experience within the **UAE real estate sales environment**.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills with **UAE-based clients, investors, and brokers**.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills suited to **multicultural UAE market interactions**.
  • Strategic planning and business development expertise aligned with **UAE property market cycles and developer launches**.
  • Proficiency in **CRM systems commonly used in UAE real estate (Salesforce, HubSpot, developer CRMs) and advanced sales reporting tools**.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret **UAE real estate market trends and performance data**.
  • Ability to work in a **fast-paced, target-driven UAE property development environment with frequent project launches and campaigns**.
  • Pay: AED18,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
