Overview
1.
Provide expert **legal advice on UAE real estate transactions**, including property development projects, off-plan sales, leasing agreements, brokerage activities, and corporate matters in line with UAE laws and regulations.
2.
Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of **UAE real estate legal documents**, including SPAs, MOUs, tenancy contracts, service agreements, joint venture agreements, and development contracts.
3.
Ensure full compliance with **UAE Federal laws and Dubai real estate regulations**, including requirements issued by authorities such as **Dubai Land Department (DLD), RERA, and relevant free zone or municipal authorities**.
4.
Liaise with **UAE government authorities, regulators, external legal counsel, and key stakeholders** on real estate and corporate legal matters.
5.
Conduct legal due diligence for **property acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, and real estate development projects within the UAE**.
6.
Advise senior management on **legal risks within UAE real estate transactions** and provide practical risk mitigation strategies aligned with local regulations.
7.
Handle **UAE-based real estate disputes**, including litigation, arbitration (e.g., DIAC), claims, and settlement negotiations.
8.
Monitor changes in **UAE real estate laws, regulations, and regulatory circulars**, and provide timely updates to management.
9.
Support corporate governance, **company licensing, developer compliance, escrow requirements, and regulatory filings in the UAE**.
10.
Develop and implement internal legal policies and procedures aligned with **UAE legal and regulatory frameworks**.
11.
Provide legal support to internal departments including **Sales, Leasing, Property Management, Finance, and HR within UAE operations**.
· Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB); Master’s Degree (LLM) is an advantage.
· Must be a **qualified legal practitioner**, with valid legal credentials/licensing applicable in the UAE or home jurisdiction.
· Minimum **8 years of legal experience**, including strong exposure to the UAE real estate sector.
· Proven experience in one or more of the following within the **UAE market**:
o Real Estate Development
o Property Management
o Real Estate Brokerage
o Construction and Infrastructure Projects
· Strong knowledge of **UAE real estate laws, contract law, commercial law, and regulatory frameworks**.
· Experience handling **UAE litigation, arbitration (DIAC or similar), and dispute resolution processes**.
· Proven track record in drafting and negotiating **complex real estate and commercial agreements in the UAE**.
Skills & Competencies
· Fluent in **Arabic (reading, writing, and speaking)** for UAE legal and regulatory communication.
· Excellent command of **English (reading, writing, and speaking)** for contracts and corporate documentation.
· Strong expertise in **UAE real estate legal drafting and contract negotiation**.
· Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills in **UAE regulatory context**.
· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with UAE government and business entities.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a **fast-paced UAE real estate environment**.
· High level of integrity, professionalism, and strict confidentiality.
· Strong attention to detail with experience handling **UAE legal documentation standards**.
Preferred Requirements
· Prior experience working with a **UAE real estate developer, brokerage firm, property management company, or construction group**.
· Strong familiarity with **UAE real estate regulatory authorities (DLD, RERA, municipalities, free zone authorities)**.
· Experience advising **senior leadership and executive management in UAE-based organizations**.
· Strong understanding of **off-plan sales regulations, escrow account rules, and UAE developer compliance frameworks**.
Pay: AED25,000.00 - AED30,000.00 per month
