Warehouse Assistant

About This Role

The below-mentioned tasks include but are not limited to:

· Processing Shops’ orders and canceling shops’ returns.

· Picking web sale orders and dispatching as per packing requirements and sales booked in the system.

· Allocating & Re-Allocating items stickered, generating Transfer orders, and transferring to the dispatch area.

· Checking total quantity and putting away to level.

· Segregation and cancellation at bin locations

· Erasing price from price sticker and replacing current style no. without price to converted items.

· Checking for size mismatch and damage.

· Packing items with carton no. As per our standards.

· Affixing a packing list on cartons that carry style and size details.

· Palletizing and wrapping to load inside containers

· Hanging items put away to bin location and stored by style no. and size from receiving area

· Converting master cartons to inner cartons wherever required and putting them away to bin location & storing by style no. and size

· Submitting the Movement report to the Inventory team to move into the system

· Moving items within product locations to accommodate new arrivals and shop returns.

· Offloading Containers and counting cartons/hangings by pieces.

· Shipment samples picking and handing over items to in charges

· Taking physical stock of excess cartons/hanging items to provide details

· Checking physical items against the packing list for quantity variance or other findings if any after putting them away in bin locations

· Making Physical verification of re-exporting items and re-arranging cartons region-wise.

· Receiving, unloading, counting, and stocking physical inventory in the warehouse.

· Loading the items to the cars as per the instructions and requirements.

· Submit daily tasks report to warehouse manager.

Performing other tasks that might be assigned from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
