Job Overview
SQUARE YARDS, a leading and innovative real estate platform, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This is a Full-Time position ideal for a motivated professional with a passion for real estate and a proven track record in sales leadership. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales executives, driving revenue growth, and expanding our market presence within the competitive Dubai property market. You will play a pivotal role in developing sales strategies and fostering a high-performance culture.
Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and provide professional development to a team of real estate sales executives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and market share.
Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, developers, and industry stakeholders.
Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing deals.
Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
Ensure the sales team is equipped with the necessary product knowledge and sales skills through regular training and coaching.
Uphold company standards and ensure all sales activities comply with UAE real estate regulations.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a senior sales leadership role, preferably within the Dubai real estate sector.
A strong and demonstrable track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of the Dubai property market, including key developments and current trends.
Strong business acumen and the ability to think strategically.
Proficiency in using CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
A results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving team success.
Fluency in English is essential. Proficiency in Arabic or other languages is a plus.
