We are seeking an experienced and well-connected
Real Estate Sales Manager
to identify, acquire, and secure new residential, commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use properties for management, leasing, or sales.
The ideal candidate should have strong connections within the Qatar real estate market and a proven track record of bringing high-value properties and developments similar to leading property portfolios such as Retaj and other major real estate operators in Qatar.
Property Acquisition & Business Development
- Identify and secure new property owners, developers, and investors for property management, leasing, and sales opportunities.
- Build relationships with major real estate developers, landlords, investment groups, and property owners across Qatar.
- Source residential towers, commercial buildings, labor accommodations, hotels, serviced apartments, and mixed-use developments for the company's portfolio.
- Generate new business opportunities and negotiate management agreements with property owners.
- Develop strategic partnerships with developers and real estate investment companies.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor market trends, new developments, and upcoming projects in Qatar.
- Maintain a database of potential properties, investors, and developers.
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify growth opportunities.
Contract Negotiation
- Lead commercial negotiations with property owners and developers.
- Coordinate with legal and finance departments for contract preparation and execution.
- Ensure all agreements comply with company policies and local regulations.
