We are seeking an experienced and dynamic **Sales Manager** to lead and expand our sales operations within the mother and baby care distribution sector.
The ideal candidate brings a minimum of **10 years of industry experience**, with a proven track record of managing large-scale retail accounts, pharmacy chains, and complex supply agreements.
This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional relationship-building skills and a deep understanding of the baby products market.
Key Responsibilities
- **Strategic Sales Leadership:** Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across retail and pharmacy channels.
- **Account Management:** Build and maintain high-level, long-term relationships with key accounts, including baby boutiques, supermarkets, and major pharmacy chains.
- **Contract Negotiation:** Direct the negotiation and management of supply and distribution agreements to ensure favorable terms and compliance.
- **Market Expansion:** Identify emerging market opportunities and drive growth into new retail outlets and territories.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Partner with marketing and logistics teams to optimize product visibility and ensure a seamless supply chain flow.
- **Performance Analytics:** Analyze sales data and market trends to provide actionable insights and adjust strategies as necessary.
- **Team Development:** Lead, mentor, and support the sales team to ensure consistent alignment with corporate business goals.
Requirements
- **Experience:** Minimum 10 years of senior-level sales experience specifically within the mother and baby care distribution industry.
- **Industry Network:** An established, robust network of retail and pharmacy contacts within the region.
- **Technical Expertise:** Comprehensive knowledge of supply chain logistics and the legalities of distribution agreements.
- **Leadership Skills:** Exceptional negotiation, communication, and people-management capabilities.
- **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
