Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Staff member to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the accurate picking, organizing, and processing of items within our facility. You must be comfortable using computer systems for inventory tracking and maintain high levels of precision to ensure our online store operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Locate and retrieve items for customer orders with 100% accuracy
• Assist in receiving stock, labeling products, and ensuring all items are stored in their correct locations.
• Maintain high productivity and safety standards during the designated shift hours.
• Inspect items for damage or discrepancies before they are moved to the packing or staging area.
• Keep the workspace clean and organized to facilitate fast stock rotation and easy access.

Requirements:

• Technical Skills: Must be proficient in basic computer use and comfortable learning warehouse management software.
• High Accuracy: Proven ability to work with high attention to detail, specifically with SKUs and quantities.
• Availability: Must be fully available to work night shifts and occasional overtime as required.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift/move warehouse items safely.
• Communication: Basic English skills for reading system prompts, labels, and communicating with the shift supervisor.
• Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or e-commerce fulfillment environment is a plus.
