Overview
Qatar Moms is one of Qatar’s leading online destinations for mothers, babies, and families, offering premium international brands and fast delivery across the country.
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Event Coordinator to support the planning and execution of events, exhibitions, activations, and community initiatives that strengthen our brand presence and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute Qatar Moms events, exhibitions, activations, and community gatherings.
- Coordinate all event logistics, including venue arrangements, booth setup, branding materials, giveaways, product displays, and event supplies.
- Liaise with venues, suppliers, sponsors, and external partners to ensure smooth event execution.
- Manage event timelines, budgets, and operational requirements.
- Work closely with the Marketing team to support event promotion and maximize attendance.
- Ensure all event materials and products are prepared, organized, and delivered on time.
- Supervise on-site event operations and handle any issues that arise during events.
- Coordinate staffing requirements and event schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of event expenses and vendor agreements.
- Prepare post-event reports, including attendance, outcomes, feedback, and recommendations for future improvements.
- Research and identify new event opportunities, exhibitions, partnerships, and sponsorship opportunities relevant to Qatar Moms.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in event coordination, event management, marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluency in English and Arabic
- Valid Qatar driving license is preferred.
