Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our credit card sales team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing a team of sales executives, and driving business growth through effective sales strategies and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the credit card sales team.
- Set monthly sales targets and ensure team performance meets company goals.
- Recruit, train, and motivate sales executives.
- Monitor daily sales activities and provide performance feedback.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Maintain strong relationships with banking partners and clients.
- Prepare sales reports and submit them to management.
- Ensure compliance with bank policies and UAE regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in credit card or banking sales.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory or team leader role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to achieve targets and work under pressure.
- Knowledge of UAE banking products and sales processes is preferred.
