Sales Executive -Credit Card

About This Role

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Credit Card Sales Executive to promote and sell credit card products to potential customers. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers, explaining product benefits, achieving sales targets, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell credit card products to customers through direct sales, field sales, tele-calling, or branch referrals
• Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels
• Explain credit card features, benefits, fees, and eligibility criteria clearly to customers
• Assist customers in completing credit card application forms and collect required documentation
• Ensure proper KYC and compliance with banking policies and regulatory requirements
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Follow up on submitted applications and update customers on approval status
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information

Required Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in banking or financial services
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Customer-focused approach
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Basic knowledge of banking products and credit card services
• Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office

Preferred Experience

• Experience in credit card sales or financial product sales
• Understanding of KYC, AML, and banking compliance guidelines
• Field sales experience is an advantage

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
