About This Role
The Banking Relationship Officer is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and offering suitable banking products and services. The role focuses on customer satisfaction, business growth, and achieving sales and service targets while ensuring compliance with banking regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Understand clients’ financial needs and recommend appropriate banking products (accounts, loans, credit cards, investments, etc.)
- Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding banking services and inquiries
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to branch/business growth
- Ensure high-quality customer service and timely resolution of customer issues
- Assist customers with account opening, documentation, and service requests
- Monitor client accounts and identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling
- Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate customer records and prepare reports as required
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver efficient banking solutions
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- Prior experience in banking, sales, or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
