Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated **Credit Card Sales Executives** to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling credit cards to potential customers through direct sales, field activities, and lead generation.
You will play a key role in driving sales growth and building strong customer relationships while maintaining a professional and results-driven attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell credit cards to individual and corporate clients.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and cold calling.
- Explain product features, benefits, and eligibility criteria clearly to customers.
- Assist clients in completing applications and documentation accurately.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on applications.
- Report daily sales activities and progress to the team leader/manager.
Requirements
- Previous experience in **credit card or banking sales** preferred (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and customer service.
- Must be presentable, confident, and self-motivated.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
