Sales Manager role focused on growing juvenile, baby-products, and FMCG sales and expanding market presence across the UAE.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Manage retailer, distributor, key-account, and trade-partner relationships; identify new customers and business opportunities across the UAE.
- Lead and monitor the sales team and develop distribution and retail coverage for assigned brands.
- Negotiate pricing, promotions, listings, and commercial terms; plan and execute trade activities.
- Monitor market and competitor trends and customer requirements; track sales, stock levels, and collections.
- Prepare sales forecasts and management reports and coordinate with Brand and Marketing teams on brand growth.
Requirements
- Requires 5+ years of sales experience in the UAE and strong experience in juvenile or baby products and/or FMCG.
- Requires knowledge of the UAE retail and distribution market, a proven record of sales-target achievement, and strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- An existing network of retailers and distributors is an advantage; a UAE driving licence is preferred.
Pay
- Pay is AED 8,000–10,000 per month.
