Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Manage relationships with retailers, distributors, key accounts, and trade partners.
- Identify new customers and business opportunities across the UAE.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the sales team to achieve targets.
- Develop distribution and retail coverage for assigned brands.
- Negotiate pricing, promotions, listings, and commercial terms.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Plan sales promotions and trade activities.
- Track sales performance, stock levels, and collections.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts and management reports.
- Work with Brand and Marketing teams to support brand growth.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of sales experience in the UAE.
- Strong experience in juvenile or baby products and/or FMCG.
- Good knowledge of the UAE retail and distribution market.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- An existing network with retailers and distributors is an advantage.
- A UAE driving licence is preferred.
Compensation
- AED 8,000–10,000 per month.
Work location
- Work is in person.
