About This Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and driven UAE National to join our team as a Real Estate Sales Manager. This role is pivotal in leading our sales operations and leveraging deep local market expertise to achieve strategic growth.
Key Requirements:
Nationality: Must be a UAE National (Family Book holder).
Experience: Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in the UAE Real Estate sector.
Market Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of UAE property laws, developer landscapes, and local market dynamics.
Leadership: Proven track record in managing sales teams and achieving high-volume targets.
Communication: Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
License: Valid UAE Driving License.
Core Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor the sales team to exceed monthly and annual targets.
Strengthen relationships with key local developers and institutional investors.
Represent the company in high-level negotiations and networking events.
Ensure all sales activities comply with local regulations (DLD/RERA/ADREC).
