Role Description

This is a part-time, hybrid Sales Manager role based in Abu Dhabi, with the flexibility to complete some responsibilities from home.

The Sales Manager will oversee day-to-day sales activities, including managing client inquiries, conducting property presentations, and guiding prospective buyers through the sales process.

The role involves building and maintaining a strong client pipeline, negotiating offers, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

The Sales Manager will collaborate with the wider team to develop sales strategies, monitor market trends, and prepare regular reports on performance and forecasts.

Additional responsibilities include mentoring junior sales staff, coordinating with marketing to support lead generation, and ensuring all sales activities comply with company policies and local regulations.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar sales leadership role, preferably within the UAE market.
  • Strong client relationship management skills, including prospecting, follow-up, and after-sales support.
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust with diverse clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team, set targets, and track performance.
  • Familiarity with property listing platforms, CRM systems, and basic office software (e.g., MS Office or Google Workspace).
  • Solid understanding of real estate processes, documentation, and relevant local regulations is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English required; additional language skills (such as Arabic) are an advantage.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing on-site client meetings with remote tasks.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
