The successful candidate will oversee daily operations within the business unit, develop and execute strategic plans, and collaborate with management to drive growth.
Responsibilities
also include monitoring performance metrics, identifying market opportunities, and optimizing team processes to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
The Business Unit Manager will act as a key point of contact between the business unit and other organizational departments.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, and team management skills
- Business and market analysis capabilities, with a focus on real estate markets
- Proficiency in operational management, process improvement, and goal-setting
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Adaptability to work independently and manage responsibilities in a remote environment
- Experience in real estate operations or related industries is a strong advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
