Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Business Unit Manager.
The role involves overseeing the operations of a business unit, formulating strategic goals, and ensuring alignment with the company’s growth objectives.
Key day-to-day tasks include managing team performance, developing business strategies, identifying opportunities for growth, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining client relationships.
You will also be responsible for reporting on key metrics and providing operational insights to leadership.
Qualifications
- Leadership and team management skills to supervise and guide team members toward achieving goals
- Strategic planning and operational management skills to ensure the business unit performs effectively
- Business development and client relationship management experience to identify growth opportunities and maintain strong partnerships
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address challenges and make informed choices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and using business tools/software
- Previous experience in the real estate sector or knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
