Role Overview
The GCC Regional Sales Executive will lead commercial expansion across Government, Healthcare and Energy sectors.
This is a senior executive role responsible for shaping go-to-market strategy, building executive relationships, driving enterprise partnerships and owning full sales cycles for complex digital transformation and AI-driven solutions.
We are looking for a proven commercial operator - someone with a strong existing network in the GCC, a track record of closing enterprise deals, and the drive to build something significant.

Sales & Business Growth
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy targeting Government agencies, healthcare systems and energy enterprises across UAE and Saudi Arabia.
- Lead the full sales cycle from opportunity identification and proposal development through to contract closure and revenue realization.
- Drive new logo acquisition while expanding and deepening strategic existing accounts.
- Collaborate with marketing, product and solutions teams to sharpen sector-specific value propositions.
- Achieve and consistently exceed revenue, pipeline and growth targets.
Strategic Partnerships & Sector Expansion
- Build and expand executive-level relationships within ministries, health authorities, hospital networks, insurers and national energy organisations.
- Structure and negotiate complex commercial agreements including enterprise contracts and multi-year framework deals.
- Monitor regulatory, funding and policy developments to proactively align Fluxwave solutions with emerging market priorities.
- Represent Fluxwave at industry events, government forums and high-value sector engagements.
Leadership & Team Development
- Build, lead and mentor a high-performing, sector-focused sales team as the function scales.
- Implement sales governance, pipeline tracking, forecasting and performance KPIs.
- Foster strong cross-functional collaboration between sales, delivery and product teams to ensure exceptional client outcomes.
- Create a performance-driven culture aligned with Fluxwave's long-term growth objectives.
The Successful Applicant
- 5+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience in digital transformation, enterprise technology or AI solutions.
- Demonstrated success selling into Government, Healthcare and Energy sectors in the GCC — ideally two or more verticals.
- Strong, active network across GCC decision-makers, ministry-level stakeholders and C-suite executives.
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and closing complex, high-value enterprise deals.
- Experience scaling and leading high-performing sales teams in a regional context.
- Arabic language skills or deep cultural fluency operating in Arabic-speaking environments.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication and executive stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Technology or a related field.
