Sales Executive- Tagalog Speaker

Key Responsibilities

• Develop business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online platforms; generate and qualify leads, schedule meetings, and present services.
• Promote company formation, license registration and renewals, VAT and corporate tax registration, accounting and bookkeeping, tax filing, and bank account opening assistance.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets; build client relationships, understand requirements, and propose suitable solutions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations; negotiate terms and close deals.
• Coordinate with internal teams for client onboarding and service delivery; maintain sales and client interaction records in CRM systems.
• Research markets, trends, competitors, and new opportunities; represent the company at meetings, exhibitions, and networking events when required.

Requirements and Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role; UAE market experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); CRM experience is a plus.
• Tagalog is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication, persuasion, and negotiation abilities; goal-oriented, customer-focused approach with good time management and organization.

Compensation

• Pay is AED 2,500–3,500 per month, with an attractive commission structure and performance-based incentives.
