Key responsibilities

  • Manage the operations and renewals department and oversee approximately 100–150 licence renewals monthly.
  • Maintain at least an 85% client renewal and retention ratio.
  • Handle mainland and free-zone licence renewals, amendments, cancellations, and establishment-card renewals.
  • Coordinate investor, partner, employment, dependent, and Golden Visa applications and related immigration processes.
  • Contact clients before expiry dates; prepare accurate quotations and explain government and professional fees.
  • Verify submissions and coordinate with authorities, government departments, typing centres, medical centres, and service providers.
  • Track pending applications, follow up through completion, and resolve rejections, complaints, urgent cases, and operational issues.
  • Maintain renewal trackers, expiry reports, CRM records, and client files; allocate cases and monitor team performance.
  • Train renewal executives; monitor fees, collections, profitability, and gross-profit targets.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities, report performance, and ensure compliance with company procedures and UAE authority requirements.

Candidate requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in business setup, company formation, PRO services, or licence renewals.
  • At least 1–2 years of team-management experience is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE free-zone and mainland renewal procedures and government fees, timelines, penalties, and documentation.
  • Proven ability to manage high case volumes and meet monthly targets.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, negotiation, client-handling, and document-accuracy skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, email communication, and reporting.
  • Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic, Hindi, Malayalam, or other languages are advantageous.
  • An existing network of authority contacts is preferred.

Relevant authorities and services

  • Experience dealing with several of DET, Meydan Free Zone, IFZA, SHAMS, Ajman Free Zone, RAKEZ, DMCC, JAFZA, and Dubai South is relevant.
  • Relevant procedures include immigration, MOHRE, ICP/GDRFA, corporate tax, VAT, UBO, ESR, and AML-related services.

Compensation and incentives

  • Pay is AED 5,000–7,000 per month; salary is based on experience and performance-based incentives are offered.

Additional information
