Dodge Shipping LLC seeks a motivated, target-oriented Sales Executive to acquire customers and grow its shipping and logistics business.
The role includes lead generation, customer relationships, quotations, and achieving assigned sales targets.
Business development and sales
- Identify opportunities in shipping, freight forwarding, logistics, and related services.
- Generate leads through cold calls, customer visits, networking, referrals, online channels, and market research.
- Build relationships with prospective and existing customers and recommend suitable solutions based on their needs.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers with the operations team, then follow up to convert leads.
- Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets; develop a customer database and sales pipeline.
- Monitor market conditions, competitor activity, and freight rates.
- Identify repeat business, cross-selling, and upselling opportunities.
Customer and operations coordination
- Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth execution of confirmed shipments.
- Handle customer inquiries and coordinate resolution of service-related issues.
- Maintain records of customer meetings, leads, quotations, and sales activities; provide regular updates to management.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 4,000–6,000 per month.
