Operations Executive

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop business opportunities in shipping, freight forwarding, logistics, and related services.
• Coordinate daily shipping and freight forwarding operations, including bookings, schedules, documentation, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with carriers, agents, transporters, ports, customs, and service providers.
• Track shipments, monitor cargo movement, and provide customers with timely updates.
• Coordinate cargo pickup, transportation, delivery, and related logistics activities.
• Coordinate with sales to execute confirmed business.
• Prepare, verify, file, and maintain shipment and logistics documentation.
• Maintain shipment records and update internal systems.
• Verify supplier invoices, operational charges, and supporting documents before finance submission.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Resolve operational and customer issues and escalate critical matters to management.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.

Role Requirements

• Ability to coordinate shipping, freight forwarding, and logistics activities across multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to prepare, verify, and maintain accurate shipment and logistics documentation.
• Ability to track cargo, provide customer updates, and follow up proactively on delays.
• Ability to verify supplier invoices, operational charges, and supporting documents.
• Ability to maintain accurate records, update internal systems, and prepare operational reports.
• Ability to resolve operational and customer issues and escalate critical matters.

Pay

• Pay is AED 3,000–AED 6,000 per month.

Work Location

• The role is performed in person.
