Dodge Shipping LLC is seeking a motivated and target-oriented Sales Executive.
The role focuses on developing new business opportunities, acquiring customers, and growing shipping and logistics business.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in shipping, freight forwarding, logistics, and related services.
- Generate leads through cold calling, customer visits, networking, referrals, online channels, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable shipping and logistics solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers in coordination with the operations team.
- Follow up on quotations and convert leads into confirmed business.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets assigned by management.
- Develop and maintain a strong customer database and sales pipeline.
- Monitor market conditions, competitor activities, and freight rates.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of confirmed shipments.
- Handle customer inquiries and coordinate resolution of service-related issues.
- Identify repeat business, cross-selling, and upselling opportunities.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 4,000 to AED 6,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
Requirements
- Experience or capability in developing new business within shipping, freight forwarding, logistics, or related services.
- Ability to generate leads through cold calling, customer visits, networking, referrals, online channels, and market research.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Ability to prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
- Ability to achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
