Salary: AED 4,500~6,000/month + Vehicle Allowance + Uncapped Commission + Performance Bonuses

We are a leading provider of Security & IT Solutions (CCTV, Access Control, IT Surveillance, IT Security and ELV Systems). We're looking for a results-driven Sales Executive who knows how to navigate the B2B sales cycle and close deals in a competitive market. If you get energized by prospecting, building a pipeline, and earning uncapped commission, this is your role.

What You'll Actually Do:

• Hunt for New Business: Actively prospect, cold call, and generate your own leads to build a robust sales pipeline. This is not a lead-handoff role.
• Manage the Full Sales Cycle: Own the process from first contact to negotiation and closing deals for our Security & IT solutions.
• Build & Nurture Relationships: Develop long-term partnerships with clients, contractors, and consultants.
• Deliver Solution-Based Presentations: Articulate the technical and business value of our products to close deals.
• Consistently Exceed Targets: Thrive in a KPI-driven environment where your performance directly impacts your earnings.

Who You Are (Our Ideal Candidate):

• You have a minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• You have experience selling one or more of the following: IT Hardware, Software, Security Systems, ELV, Telecom, or other technical B2B services.
• You are a self-starter and a closer – you don't wait for leads; you create opportunities.
• You possess strong negotiation and communication skills (English is essential).
• You have a valid UAE driving license and are ready to be mobile.

• Candidates with no professional sales experience.
• Those seeking a customer service or account management-only role.
• Individuals who require extensive, hand-held training in basic sales techniques.
