• **Salary:** **AED 4,500\~6,000/month + Vehicle Allowance + Uncapped Commission + Performance Bonuses**

• We are a leading provider of Security & IT Solutions (CCTV, Access Control, IT Surveillance, IT Security and ELV Systems).
• We're looking for a **results-driven Sales Executive** who knows how to navigate the B2B sales cycle and close deals in a competitive market.
• If you get energized by prospecting, building a pipeline, and earning uncapped commission, this is your role.
• **What You'll** ***Actually*** **Do:**
• **Hunt for New Business:** Actively prospect, cold call, and generate your own leads to build a robust sales pipeline. This is not a lead-handoff role.
• **Manage the Full Sales Cycle:** Own the process from first contact to negotiation and closing deals for our Security & IT solutions.
• **Build & Nurture Relationships:** Develop long-term partnerships with clients, contractors, and consultants.
• **Deliver Solution-Based Presentations:** Articulate the technical and business value of our products to close deals.
• **Consistently Exceed Targets:** Thrive in a KPI-driven environment where your performance directly impacts your earnings.
• **Who You** ***Are*** **(Our Ideal Candidate):**
• You have a **minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience**, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• You have experience selling **one or more of the following:** IT Hardware, Software, Security Systems, ELV, Telecom, or other technical B2B services.
• You are a **self-starter and a closer** – you don't wait for leads; you create opportunities.
• You possess strong negotiation and communication skills (English is essential).
• You have a valid UAE driving license and are ready to be mobile.
