About the role
The employer is recruiting three customer-focused Sales Executives to manage incoming enquiries, engage prospective clients, and coordinate consultations with relevant consultants.
Key responsibilities
- Contact prospective clients through incoming leads, telephone calls, and follow-ups.
- Understand client enquiries and identify potential business opportunities.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate consultations with the legal consultant.
- Follow up with interested prospects to improve lead conversion.
- Guide clients on initial document requirements and coordinate document collection.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, appointments, and lead status.
- Handle client information professionally and maintain strict confidentiality.
Requirements
- Applicants should have 0–2 years of experience in sales, telesales, customer service, or lead management.
- Experience in a legal consultancy, immigration typing centre, PRO services company, or similar client-service environment is highly preferred.
- Good communication, telephone etiquette, and interpersonal skills are required.
- Applicants should be able to follow up consistently, handle multiple enquiries, and work towards targets.
- Basic computer skills are required; familiarity with CRM systems or lead trackers is sought.
- A professional attitude, persuasive communication, and a customer-focused approach are expected.
