Sales Executive – SaaS / FinTech
About This Role
SAM Corporate is a FinTech company delivering ESG Reporting, Corporate Performance Management (CPM), and Business Automation solutions across the GCC. We work directly with senior finance and strategy teams to enable smarter decisions and digital transformation.
We are expanding our Sales Team and seeking a driven and confident Sales Executive with experience selling IT / Software / SaaS solutions in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across mid-market and enterprise clients
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and product discussions with CFOs, CIOs, Finance and Transformation teams
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting → qualification → proposal → negotiation → closing
- Maintain an organized pipeline and track activity
- Collaborate with pre-sales and product specialists to support solution demos and client proposals
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in Software / SaaS / ERP / FinTech Sales
- Ability to present confidently to senior business stakeholders
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proactive, target-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced sales environment
- Based in Dubai and available to work office-based
Compensation & Growth
- Competitive Fixed Salary as per market standards.
- Commission: Uncapped
