- Job Description We are hiring a Sales Executive for Exclusive Talent Management, a leading provider of recruitment and staff outsourcing solutions.
- The ideal candidate must be highly driven, results-oriented, and capable of generating new business independently.
- The main focus of this role is to bring in clients and develop long-term business relationships for our HR and manpower services. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UAE market
- Actively bring in clients for recruitment and staff outsourcing services
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and close deals
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful service delivery
Requirements
- Proven ability to generate business and close deals
- Experience in sales / recruitment / staffing (preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and confident personality
- Knowledge of UAE market is an advantage ________________________________________ What We Offer
