Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive & Freight Forwarding Manager , Located in Sharjah , United Arab Emirates.
They will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, achieving sales targets, and preparing sales reports.
The role will also include market research, negotiation of contracts, and supporting clients with tailored solutions to meet their shipping, logistics, or freight forwarding needs.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales, Business Development, and
- Solid knowledge of the Shipping, Logistics, or Freight Forwarding industry
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in market research and data-driven decision-making
- Capability to manage and maintain client relationships effectively
- Problem-solving mindset with goal-driven and results-oriented attitude
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or relevant field (preferred)
- Experience working in Sharjah / Dubai or understanding of the UAE market is a plus
