Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive, based in Dubai. The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing customer interactions, understanding client needs, and providing personalized sales consultations. Key daily tasks include prospecting new clients, preparing sales presentations, negotiating deals, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves maintaining updated knowledge of the product portfolio, delivering exceptional customer service, and working collaboratively with the team to enhance sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with high-end clientele, understanding their needs and preferences
- Conduct product demonstrations and deliveries, showcasing the exclusive features of our luxury motorcycles
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while providing exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with marketing to create engaging sales campaigns that drive brand awareness
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions
Qualifications
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building client relationships and delivering exceptional customer service
- Knowledge and passion for motorcycles and the automotive industry
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend products or solutions tailored to preferences
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Self-motivation, initiative, and ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Previous experience in luxury sales or the automotive sector is an advantage
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus
- Valid UAE motorcycle driver’s license is an advantage
